George Awad

George is a partner at Raju LLP and oversees legal affairs and compliance matters for 215 Capital.

In this role, George focuses on assisting portfolio companies throughout their life cycle, including product commercialization, capital financing, and structuring liquidity events. He has extensive experience working with both domestic and international private and public companies to develop and execute comprehensive legal and financial strategies.

George holds a B.S.E. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law.
