Jeffrey Lee is the Chief Accounting Officer at 215 Capital, where he oversees accounting operations and financial reporting across the firm's investment portfolio. Working closely with 215's CFO, Mr. Lee plays a crucial role in ensuring the financial integrity and tax efficiency of the firm's investments and operations.
With over 15 years of experience in financial services, Mr. Lee brings expertise in complex partnership taxation, financial analysis, and investment consulting. At 215 Capital, he leads the accounting team, managing financial reporting, tax planning, and compliance efforts. He also assists in due diligence processes for new investments and in structuring tax-efficient deals.
Prior to 215 Capital, Mr. Lee held senior positions at BDT & MSD Partners and Deloitte, honing his skills in investment management accounting and tax strategies.
Mr. Lee holds a B.S. in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University and is an Enrolled Agent recognized by the U.S. Treasury. He is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
