Menru (Elsa) Wang serves as Chief of Staff at 215 Capital, where she leverages her expertise in deals strategy and M&A advisory to drive the firm's strategic initiatives and operational excellence.
Working closely with 215's CEO, Board, and senior executives, Ms. Wang coordinates strategic decision-making, oversees cross-functional projects, and manages key stakeholder relationships. She contributes to investment strategies, implements the firm's strategic vision, and facilitates efficient operations across the organization.
Prior to 215 Capital, Ms. Wang held progressive roles at Strategy&, PwC's strategy consulting practice, focusing on deals strategy, commercial due diligence, and growth strategy across various industries.
Ms. Wang holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Southern California, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She is also a CFA Level I charterholder.
Ms. Wang is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
