Ted Hailu is the Chief Administrative Officer at 215 Capital, where he leverages his extensive experience in finance and entrepreneurship to manage the firm's operations. Mr. Hailu has over 15 years of industry experience in the financial sector, with a focus on commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) and venture creation.
Prior to joining 215 Capital, Mr. Hailu was the founder and managing partner of Paragon Loan Advisors, a leading specialty CMBS advisory firm. He has also held several leadership positions in the financial industry, including founding another successful venture and serving as Vice President of CMBS Defeasance at Capmark Securities, Inc., where he held Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
Mr. Hailu's expertise spans from CMBS operations to entrepreneurship and strategic management, making him a valuable asset to 215 Capital's executive team. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from the University of Southern Colorado.
